We’re excited to announce another FREE and impactful workshop with Scott Crabtree, C4C Board Member and Chief Happiness Officer at Happy Brain Science!
Studies suggest that the quality of our relationships with others are the biggest factor in our wellbeing. This workshop will help you collaborate better by more candidly conducting difficult conversations.
In this workshop, you will:
Reflect on how you relate to conflict, your personal or organization; culture around conflict, and how conflict might be useful.
See how a healthy mix of assertion and cooperation leads to true collaboration.
Learn how emotional intelligence can help anyone better navigate difficult conversations.
You will leave with an improved ability to make the best of any conflict and find your way to better collaboration.
Moments of disagreement are often some of the most important moments of our lives! These are the moments where things go your way or they don't, you get the raise or you don't, or even you stay friends or you don't! Come improve your ability to skillfully and successfully navigate disagreements so that everyone fares better.
No RSVP required, but space is limited so we recommend arriving early. This event is free, but donations will be accepted at the door.
NOTE: For those unable to attend, we recommend:
Watching this 2018 presentation from Scott on the same topic (run time: 55 minutes).
Downloading the workshop handout and filling it out on your own time.
