Let's Talk Considers Affordable Housing in December

Citizens4Community invites you to participate in our monthly "Let's Talk" small-format discussion series. In December we'll be looking at the topic of Affordable Housing in Sisters, where we will be joined by Patrick Davenport, Community Development Director for the City of Sisters, who can help give us insight about past and current local affordable housing efforts as well as future plans. The discussion will be co-moderated by professional facilitators Chris Laing and Terry Buchholz. Stephen King will lead the Let’s Talk warm-up session.

In November, 'Let's Talk' Eyes Recreational Gun Use on Public Lands

C4C’s “Let’s Talk, Sisters” small-format discussion series was in October wrapped into the larger, Community-Wide Conversation on Freedom of Speech. But in November, Let’s Talk will be back to its normal time and place—the 3rd Monday (Nov. 18) of each month at Paulina Springs Books. The topic will focus on recreational gun use on public lands.

Join us on Thursday, Oct. 24 for a lively and informative panel presentation and group discussion about the significance of freedom of speech in a democratic society. This Sisters Country Community Conversation is presented by Citizens4Community and The Nugget Newspaper.
