Citizens4Community (C4C) recently selected ten organizations, businesses, and individuals as the recipients of its 2024 Momentum Grants. Now in its fifth year, the program offers funding for grassroots community building initiatives aligned with the core principles of the Sisters Country Vision.
Each year, C4C dedicates a small pool of funding to help catalyze community-led actions aligned with the Sisters Country Vision. After thoughtful deliberation, we are proud to announce our 2023 Momentum Grant recipients.
C4C’s Executive Director Kellen Klein was recently featured on KPOV’s “The Point” radio show. In an interview with host Malcom McCrae, Klein discussed C4C’s ongoing work to bridge ideological divides, the launch of The Hub community space, and how the simple act of “getting together” can be a powerful vehicle for community building.

For more than five years now, C4C has operated solely on volunteer power. We’re pleased with what we’ve accomplished, but with the recent adoption of our new strategic plan, we know we can do so much more. So we're excited to have just brought on C4C’s first paid position—a new Executive Director. And, in Linda Cline, we’ve found a wonderful person to fill that title.
